All items on the on-line form must be fully and honestly completed. All entries become property of RoyceBuilders.com and all other sponsors. By entering this contest, all entrants agree that RoyceBuilders.com and its sponsors have the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this contest and that its determination of the winners shall be final and binding. Entrants can only enter a contest one time per month. Any additional entry submissions will be eliminated.
2. Qualify. All Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to win. Employees of Royce Homes LP and Hammersmith Financial Group, and the members of their families are not eligible to enter. RoyceBuilders.com reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these rules. RoyceBuilders.com vendors, advertising agency and public relations firm principals and employees are not eligible to enter.
3. Win $1000. Grand Prize for this award will be $1000. The winner will be randomly selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name and likeness, altered or unaltered, for the purpose of advertising and public relations as deemed appropriate by RoyceBuilders.com or its designated agents. Winner waives any further compensation or rights for use of name and likeness. Winner is responsible for all applicable income taxes due for prize. Chances of winning any prize depend upon the total number of qualified entries received.
No purchase necessary. Entrants must be willing for a RoyceBuilders.com or SouthForkLiving.com sales consultant to contact them through e-mail, phone or mail in reference to purchasing a new home. No purchase is necessary to win.
